Herb Walks

Herb walks are generally arranged from April to August when nature is at her most glorious & abundant. I invite you to come and meet the medicinal plants in our city & learn about how we can work with them to improve our health and well being.

The weather as we know can be unpredictable so please wear/bring weather responsive clothes and comfortable waterproof walking shoes or boots – it might be a bit muddy!

Bring a notebook and sellotape to stick samples into your notebook. A wild flower book will also be useful.
